Efficiency gained across your team
Getting and using your Amazon data shouldn’t be so dang hard. Your time is better spent elsewhere.
Amazon data can wear you out
And you might be spending hours maintaining a house of cards
A fundamental challenge for you and all Amazon account managers is the sheer volume of data available while being tedious and time consuming to pull and maintain. The data is messy, ever-changing, and scattered across many locations within Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central, making it nearly impossible to keep up with manual data pulling processes every month.
If your company relies on manual data processes, failure is a near inevitability, which is scary.
Incorrect data due to restatements
New reports releasing with changes to stay on top of
Different data in different reports (confusing)
Broken reports as structure evolves
Reports scattered across Amazon
Excel is not a database! Repeat to self if necessary
Help has arrived
Smart decision-making starts with good Amazon data
Exponentially reduce the amount of time you spend gathering, maintaining, and preparing Amazon data for use, which are hidden costs you know are happening. You feel the pain but it’s hard to measure the impact. You no longer have to work with broken, mismatched, or out-of-date data, and can eliminate outright the possibility of human error in data reporting for Amazon.
MixShift solves the data problem for you, and then goes further by delivering solutions you need to stay on top of multiple Amazon accounts. The MixShift solutions built on top of Data Studio:
Report Center, Data Master, & Advertising Center
Unlock new insights with our library of ready-to-go smart reports
Report Center
Polished, presentation-ready reports updated automatically every day for Amazon account managers
Having all the data is great, but it doesn’t do an ounce of good unless you can use it. One of the biggest hurdles Amazon account managers face is building reporting that scales as your agency, brand, or aggregator grows. As you and your clients become more sophisticated, it can be a challenge to deliver results and continuously communicate your value to clients.
In collaboration with our early partners, the Mixshift team built hundreds of reports in BI tools like Google Data Studio but continued to run into issues of scale. Enter Report Center, an out-of-the-box reporting solution with a deep library of templates and dashboards pre-built and automatically connected to your data. Translation, you don’t have to build a thing, all your reporting is done for you including unique insights into your Amazon business you can’t get anywhere else.
Become a master Amazon analyzer with our data analytics tool, no previous experience required
Data Master
Analyze your data on-the-fly, finally freed from spinning excel files and cumbersome pivot tables
What drove my ACoS down last month? Was it due to higher CPCs, lower conversion rates, a ‘mix shift’ to lower priced products? What was my top-selling non-brand search term during Prime Day last year? No matter the question, you can find the answer with Data Master.
MixShift stores all of your historical data so you can confidently compare performance over time. We’ve built analytics tools for Amazon sellers that simplify the common analyses, turning hours of work into mere moments. Among many useful features, we help you ditch pivot tables forever, providing pivoted data across ads, ops, and a blend of the two. We also have a secret weapon in our Bridge Engine, a powerful feature that shows you exactly what is driving performance changes in ACOS and other metrics, all the way down to the search term level.
Save time and ad budgets with our advertising tools for Amazon agencies
Advertising Center
You’re the Amazon expert, you just need the right levers to pull
Amazon advertising management can be overwhelming. Throw in multiple accounts with big budgets and the burden to manage can become a very tall task. While some may resort to black-box algorithms to automate their work, we don’t believe that’s the way. Our focus is empowering Amazon experts like you to make bulk changes using finely tuned performance filters for a perfect balance of efficiency and attention to detail an account requires.
We make core advertising optimization tasks like bidding, budgeting, negations, and more straightforward and swift. You apply your personal performance criteria to find opportunities and waste, and then apply live changes account-wide with a single push of a button.
Your go-to solution for Amazon Data, Reporting, Analytics, and Advertising Management.
With your data concerns behind you, you’ll be able to focus on things you really want to do, like growing your clients’ Amazon accounts and advertising budgets.
Daily Updated & Restated Data
Amazon data is refreshed every day across all data sets and is published to your database by 8:00 am local time. We also ensure your data is restated for any changes that have occurred so you don’t mistakenly report outdated and incorrect data to your clients or executives.
Direct from the Amazon APIs
You’re getting the best data Amazon has available (often ahead of the Amazon Console), automatically. It would be hard to overstate the time savings you’ll rack up when you don’t have to pull manual reports anymore.
Smart Linking Across Ads & Ops
The full picture of business performance requires looking across operations and advertising data (think TACOS, but better). We do this integration and preparation for you, while providing editable labels and tagging fields to fully customize your reporting and analytics for Amazon.
Protected from Structural Changes
Amazon adds new data sets to the Amazon APIs before they are made available in the Amazon Console reports. We have dedicated resources focused on integrating new data sets into our system so you have the latest and greatest.
All your Data in One Place
With Amazon’s multitude of scattered reports, maintaining a manual store of the data will be the Achilles’ heel of your operations. MixShift eliminates that weakness by capturing your data programmatically and making it useful in a single space for all of your managers and employees.
Intentional Design & Transformation
We know the potential that lies within Amazon data, but the raw data is hardly structured to support easy use. With your needs in mind, we’ve taken care to wrangle, scrub, structure, and transform the data to make important analyses possible without the heavy data prep lift.
