Upon initial Merchant activation, the trailing 60-days of Advertising data is pulled while Operations data has variable pullback windows based on the data set, up to including the last two years of daily data. Each day thereafter, we pull the trailing 14-days of Advertising data and 30-days of Operations data to catch any restatements within the respective attribution window.
Daily pulls commence based your local time zone around 12am (midnight), with the goal of having all your Merchant data updated in time for the start of your workday around 8am. If a regular pull is unsuccessful for some reason, we retry the pull mid-day for all failed reports.
We have also found that Amazon will perform generally small restatements outside of the regular settling windows, and thus over the weekend we pull Advertising and Operations data for the previous 60-days for all your merchant accounts.
